Emergency Planning

School Shooting California 1

What would you do in an active shooter situation? Do you have a plan?

  • Are you prepared for any emergency? What about a fire, explosion, or tornado?
  • Do you have a plan to shelter-in-place? Do you have a plan for a lock-down?
  • Do you and your staff know what to do in an emergency?
  • Do you know what to say to parents or employees when they ask to see your emergency response plans?

No matter the type or size of your business, church, or school, it is imperative that you have an emergency response plan in place.  Let Ralph Gonzales put his years of law enforcement and safety planning experience to work for you.

Ralph spent 16 years as the Director of School Safety for Cy-Fair I.S.D. and has completed numerous courses and training through the Emergency Management Institute, FEMA, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security including “Active Shooter,” “Emergency Planning,” and “Multi-hazard Emergency Planning for Schools.”

In the last two decades, Ralph has created and implemented emergency plans for schools, both instructional and non-instructional environments, day care centers, transportation, administration buildings, even churches—including that of Memorial Church of Christ. R Gonzales Consulting can do the same for you.

What does that mean? To begin, Ralph will come to your school, church, or place of business, spend time with you, walk your buildings and grounds, and evaluate your current plans. From there, he will help you develop your own emergency response plans from scratch.
